The Garden Hills Neighborhood Foundation has partnered with the Garden Hills Pool & Park Association (GHPPA) to build a new 4,900 sq. ft. bathroom, concession stand, & community room facility at the Garden Hills Pool.

The new pool house will feature:

  1. •  Improved bathrooms, including one public bathroom for play field and Sunnybrook park visitors

  2. •  Heating & air conditioning

  3. •  EarthCraft-certified eco-friendly construction

  4. •  Better community meeting spaces

It will also improve local property values, and pave the way for keeping the pool open and available for swimmers year-round.
